Healing, like nature, takes time — and intention

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking therapeutic intervention for the following concerns and challenges:
Self-esteem and self-worth
Relationship patterns and attachment
Emotion regulation difficulties
Life transitions and identity exploration
Perfectionism and high-functioning anxiety
Anxiety and stress
Depression and mood
Trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and childhood trauma.
I apply an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based psychological models and techniques, with a flexible, collaborative, person-centered approach. Therapies I use include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – for understanding and shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviours
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – for developing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – for processing trauma and disturbing life experiences
Schema Therapy – for addressing long-standing patterns rooted in early experiences
Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-informed) – for working compassionately with inner conflicts and sub-personalities
I work with adults (18+) who are ready to explore their inner experience and engage in the therapeutic process. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after a break, I provide a supportive, professional environment tailored to your pace and goals.

Medicare Rebates
You may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP.
You can access up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year (January–December) through Medicare.
You can find more information about Medicare rebates here (Medicare rebates | APS) and here (Mental Health Treatment Plans).
You must obtain your GP referral prior to your first appointment to receive Medicare rebates. When booking the appointment with your GP, it is important to tell the doctor’s receptionist that you want a referral to a psychologist as the GP often needs approximately 30 minutes (double appointment) to discuss the plan with you.
Private Health Insurance
If you hold private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a partial rebate on session fees. Please check directly with your insurer regarding your eligibility and rebate amount.
Please note: You cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health insurance rebate for the same session.
Private Sessions (No Referral Required)
You are welcome to attend sessions as a private client. Privately funded clients pay the full fee for the session out-of-pocket.
You may also transition to a privately funded client after accessing the 10 Medicare rebated sessions (in a calendar year) and/or exceeding your Private Health Insurance session limit.
